We manage comprehensive facility maintenance across all spaces, including show aisles, meeting rooms, corridors, registration spaces, restrooms, parking lot areas, and key show features such as sponsor pavilions, association booths, and exhibitor lounges. To further elevate the guest experience, dedicated restroom attendants are available to provide continuous, high-touch sanitization and restocking throughout your event hours.

Our specialized post-event services ensure rapid venue restoration for your event move-out: Crews handle bulk waste consolidation & responsible disposal, industrial floor care, sweeping and washing of exhibit hall spaces and deep carpet vacuuming. Post-event cleaning service charges apply to the removal of event waste, recycling, crates, pallets, packing materials, lumber, and litter, as well as specialized adhesive tape removal. Additionally, we provide tailored, interior booth cleaning packages—encompassing daily vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash removal—allowing your exhibitors to stay focused entirely on their clients.

RIGGING - CONFERENCE CENTRE

Encore has a comprehensive set of rigging operating procedures that mandate the annual inspection and load testing of the rigging points at all Encore venues. Encore Canada’s Rigging Supervisors will conduct a comprehensive load calculation to ensure that rigging points are never overloaded and that the highest level of safety can be maintained.

Accurate technical information must be provided in advance to allow Encore the best possible opportunity to ensure your event’s success. Encore Canada is dedicated to event safety, including all items attached to the production truss or the structure of the building in any event or meeting space.

Encore is the exclusive supplier of all rigging services in the Conference Centre at The International Centre, including all hoists, rigging hardware, and lifts. As such, all rigging in the building will be managed and provided by Encore.
