Before stepping into his current role, Sushil had the privilege of working alongside celebrity chef Anton Mosimann, an experience that catalyzed his culinary ascent. This mentorship catapulted him into culinary artistry, where he had the honor of preparing delectable dishes for distinguished personalities such as Diana Ross, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Michael Douglas, Ross Perot, the Premier of Bermuda, and his cabinet ministers.
Sushil's culinary leadership extended to his role as the head of the culinary department at Bermuda's prestigious Waterloo House, a luxurious boutique hotel celebrated as a member of the esteemed "Relais aux Chateaux" association. This iconic establishment garnered acclaim in The Conde Nast Traveler magazine as the pinnacle of excellence in the US-Caribbean region.
Adding yet another feather to his cap, Sushil's culinary creations at the Wellington Room and Poinciana Terrace, the renowned restaurant at Waterloo House, achieved the illustrious AAA Five Diamond award from the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences, a testament to his unwavering dedication to culinary artistry.
