Rave Reveiw for TASTE OF NIAGARA Event - June 10, 2010

Just wanted to let you know that, having won the draw for this event at the Wine and Cheese Show, my husband Michael and I did not know quite what a treat we were in for.

What can we say?  The entire evening was beyond our expectations.

Trevor, you did a wonderful introduction to the event and the Masters we were having the pleasure of dining with and meeting.

The food created by Chef Joe Levesque was absolutely wonderful. Each course was presented beautifully. We really enjoyed that he spoke about each course as it was being presented as this gave us a greater appreciation for the time and effort which went into creating the menu for the evening.

The wine pairings by Sommelier Maria Moessner were perfect for each course. Her selection of the Sauvignon Blanc for the 1^st course made us re-think how we viewed this type of wine.

Both Chef Joe and Maria were very approachable and we enjoyed speaking with them.

Our thanks to all involved in the evening as everyone made it an experience we will always remember.

The rest of the Wine and Beer series looks like it will be just as enjoyable!!!
