With the launch of its first ever in-house Food & Beverage department, headed by the innovative Executive Chef Joe Levesque and his team of inspired culinary professionals, the International Centre delivers an exceptional culinary and service experience.
Whether it's coffee and pastries for six or opulent dinner service for thousands, the International Centre will take care of all the details, including menu development, décor co-ordination, event logistics and special equipment rentals. A dedicated Food & Beverage Coordinator will be assigned to each event, ensuring personalized service and overall event success.
The Chef’s Table was created to give clients a behind-the-scenes look at how Executive Chef Joe Levesque and his talented team prepare and serve up to 2,500 guests at a time. The experience is like a private culinary theatre allowing guests to be immersed in the excitement of the process going on around them.
Nestled in the heart of the kitchen, the Chef’s Table acts as an intimate home dining area with a warm and contemporary feel. Through a glass partition, guests can enjoy a view of the kitchen from their seat at the hand-carved African wood butcher-block table while enjoying fine cuisine, personalized service and conversation with Chef.
Worldly cuisine is customized to fit any palate, special dietary requirements or preferences. The Chef’s Table can provide any International Centre clients with an exclusive opportunity to sample menu items for their upcoming events, or it can serve as an intimate VIP evening for up to eight.
